Non-Resident Cards

 
Any person applying for a non-resident library card must meet the same requirements as a resident patron for identification. An annual fee of $10 will be charged to obtain a library card.
 
Non-Resident Property Owners
 
If a person lives out of the county but owns property in Saline County, they may obtain a resident card free of charge. They must fill out the standard library card application and bring one of the following that includes their name and the address of the property: Tax collector receipt Tax statement Mortgage Papers
